01How quickly can we go live?
Most single-screen setups go live the same day. Multi-branch deployments typically run within 1–2 weeks depending on hardware shipping and on-site readiness.
02Do you support installation outside Kathmandu?
Yes — we ship players nationwide, and our team guides on-site staff or local technicians through the setup over a video call. For larger rollouts we travel for on-site installation.
03Is training included with the platform?
Every new customer gets a free onboarding session on the dashboard, written guides, and access to our WhatsApp/email support line. Most teams are publishing content the same day.
04Can we try the platform before buying?
Yes — request a demo and we'll give you a tour of the portal with sample content for your industry. We can also set up a temporary test screen at your location.
05Do you offer ongoing support after we go live?
Yes. Support is included with your annual renewal — email, WhatsApp, and a phone line during business hours. Critical issues get same-day response.
06What happens if internet drops at a location?
The player keeps showing the last cached playlist offline, so your screens never go blank. As soon as connectivity returns, the player auto-syncs the latest content.
