Is there really no monthly subscription?
Correct — there's no monthly bill. You pay for the player once and a flat annual renewal of NPR 2,500 per display, starting one year after activation.
What does the annual renewal cover?
Cloud CMS access, content sync to your player, 1 GB of media storage per display, remote monitoring and snapshots, over-the-air updates, and our support line.
What happens if I don't renew?
Your player keeps showing the last cached content, but you stop getting CMS access, content updates, monitoring, and support until you renew.
Can I buy more cloud storage?
Yes — additional storage is available in 1 GB increments. Most customers stay within their bundled allocation by using YouTube/Vimeo links or web URLs for large videos.

Can I bring my own hardware?
Our CMS is tuned for the SignageLAB player. We can review your existing hardware for compatibility, but we recommend the official player for the smoothest experience.
